My journey has always been about understanding how things work and how they fit together. From my early days in the chemistry lab to years spent in the classroom as a teacher, I’ve always been fascinated by the process of discovery. Even in my work as a professional bookkeeper, I find beauty in the precision and the story that numbers tell.

But beyond the data and the logic, I’ve found that my truest joy comes from the creative process. I believe that when we sit down to create something with our hands, we open a door to understanding ourselves.

Today, I combine my love for intentional storytelling and hands-on art through Create and Connect. My goal is to provide a safe, facilitated space where you can explore your own journey through journaling and mapping, leaving each session with a handcrafted reminder of your own unique story.
