Create and Connect: Crafting a New "STORY" with Pooh & Friends

from $20.00

Dates: Tuesday 6:30 pm, July 14th or Thursday 2:30 pm, July 16th Same Class…two possible times.

"Sometimes," said Pooh, "the smallest things take up the most room in your heart."

Have you ever noticed how a tiny, fleeting thought can completely alter the vibe of your entire day? One minute you’re sailing along, and the next, a stressful email or an unexpected change has you feeling stuck in the heavy, gloomy tracks of an Eeyore or the anxious flutter of a Piglet.

Our minds love to spin stories around our circumstances—but we don't have to stay trapped in them.

For July's Create & Connect Workshop, we are stepping into the Hundred Acre Wood for a beautiful afternoon of card making and self-discovery. Together, we will design a Winnie the Pooh themed card while learning a powerful coaching tool called The "STORY" Method.

What We’ll Explore Together:

  • The "STORY" Framework: A simple, 5-step tool to examine our current narrative (Situation, Thinking, Observation) and consciously choose a new thought bridge to a lighter emotion (Response, Yield).

  • The Craft: We will build a beautiful card featuring Winnie the Pooh and watch a clip that illustrates how the “STORY” Framework can be used to support our emotional wellbeing.

Whether you’re looking to pause and process some thoughts, connect with a wonderful community, or simply spend a creative afternoon bringing a classic childhood favorite to life on paper, this class is for you.

The Details:

  • When: This Create & Connect Class is available for you and your friends at your get together. I bring all the activities and supplies.

  • Where: To Be Determined

  • Theme: Identity, Value, and the Gift of Grace.

  • Cost: $20.00 per person; $80.00 minimum

“We don’t have to change to be valued.”
